This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
A business manager with this qualification knows how to discern the emotional states of others, manage workplace relationships, manage team performance and increase efficiency within the workplace. This individual strives for perfection, drives and motivates teams and displays lots of initiative in completing their own workload and the workload of others.
Students undertaking the course will learn how to develop their relationships with co-workers and employees while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. They will learn how to take a successful business team to the top!

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Domestic Students
There are no mandatory requirements to enter into this course. However, having completed Year 12, hold a Certificate IV or have work experience in the field is recommended as minimum requirements to study at the advanced diploma level.
Vibe College uses the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) to identify the learners language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) levels upon enrolment.
International Students
There are no prerequisites for international students to enter into this course but they must meet academic and english entry requirements.
Students must provide academic evidence of satisfactory completion of Year 12 or equivalent.
Where English is not the official language in the country of where students are currently residing, evidence of a valid IELTS 5.5 (no band less than 5.0) or any equivalent must be provided. Students will also complete an online English level placement test prior to enrolment.

You can pay course fees in full upfront through your own pocket either by direct debit or credit card. A direct debit or direct withdrawal of funds can be arranged and scheduled from your nominated bank account. We accept payments by MasterCard or Visa.

You are required to make first instalment before course commencement and make the remaining payments through convenient instalments weekly, fortnightly, monthly or per semester. Terms and conditions apply.

VOCATIONAL PLACEMENT
The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management includes no mandatory requirement for practical placement. However, we do help our student to get in touch with various employers to obtain practical experience. In addition, students also get opportunity to manage college salon.
